Cellular Data - interfer with Tello Wifi connection.

At first, I got a hard time figuring out if the Power Supply or the Wifi connection to Tello. When charging batteries, it hard to tell which greed, they mean SOLID GREEN. It turned out neither was the problem, but the Cellular Data was interfering with the Wifi to Tello. Once I disabled Cellular Data. I was able to connect to Tello.
