Camera Cage

This is a good quality monitor cage for any director. Adjustable, flexible and handles most monitors up to 8 inches. Lots of mounting points to handle accessories like video receivers and even come a with v-mount or gold battery plate to power everthing. The battery plate has 2 d-tap ports. The only problems I have experienced with it, when your using different monitor setups you have to juggle how you install the monitor. If your using the same monitor all the time, everything is great once you have it setup but if you change your monitor like I do as clients have specific request for different monitors then you have to re-configurate the cage in a total different way in order for the monitor to fit. The other issue I have is it comes with a neck strap but where to hook it too is an issue because the strap is not that long so when you do hook it up the monitor is now sitting 10" from your nose. All in all a good valued cage for the money and it can handle a 4 inch monitor all the way up to a 8 inch monitor with a built in battery plate. Did i mention that it is light weight.

Great piece of gear just sorry Roland discontinued it a few years ago. Fits any V-Mixer they have and can connect to other systems through the various converters available.
