Battery dead on arrival

Support determined that the battery Is faulty and had to send a new one. Two week after I made the purchase and we still haven’t had a chance to use it. I’m sure it’s great but so far the vacuum quality and speed of battery replacement has been disappointing.

Palm 800w not bad for Windows mobile

The phone has strong business functionality such as good email interface and setup. Sound in/out is good. Search bar on the primary screen is useful as well. However, not very intuitive and definitely not as simple as Palm OS. Love the phone as modem feature. Difficult to select certain items on touchscreen without stylus. Regarding the stylus, it feels extremely light and cheap. All together though it is one of the better Windows mobile phones I have used.
