Hello Im Tom, I have been a factory trained GM Chevrolet Master Technician for over 20 years. I have owned my own High Performance Auto Repair shop for 22 years. All of the air rifles I sell on ebay are fully tested cleaned and properly lubed .If they are weak or inop. I reseal them . . I also shoot them on paper for accuracy. I will send the target that rifle shot. Feels free to ask questions about the product or If you have tech questions. If they are new then of course I just wipe down the exterior finish.
