Solid, Great Features, Excellent Price
I have only just begun to explore all the features of the switch as the installed environment is very basic (WS 2012 R2, and 10 desktops). Solidly built. It's a pity that Nortel is out of business and Avaya decided not to bring the product forward.
You will need to use the console/telnet interface for management as the web interface isn't compatible with current web browsers; System Information is the only screen I've been able to view

Good laptop for refurbishing
The E6420 is a well-built business laptop that performs better than many new PC's and when updated with new components (memory, SSD, battery, charger), it will serve in the secondary market quite will.

This is a great product for keeping tabs on a client's network. You can monitor the health of the equipment and keep an eye on traffic. Further it allows you to update the firmware of the network d=infrastructure devices without having to make a site visit.
