Works with some tinkering.
Item was the B revision which has the benefit of metal instead of the plastic servo gears that cause my original unit to fail. The old unit had the bracket to clamp the actuator cable to molded into the plastic housing. This Rev B did not have it. If I wanted it, I was going to have to try and track it down as a separate part number. Instead, I gingerly sawed the old one off, provided extension of the mounting hole bushing to mount it onto. I made sure it was aligned properly and then applied a bead of Super Glue to where it contacts the new housing. All is good and it works like it should.

This ballast is a crossover replacement for one I had that is no longer manufactured. Installment went well and it worked!
