Beware!!! The hardware included for wall mounting is weak! Replace the screws before mounting for your pet's and your family's safety!!
This is a great concept and my cat loves it. Price is wonderful. Pieces are nice and sturdy. You would think everything is perfect about this, but like me, you'd be wrong.
It comes with vague instructions, but pretty easy to figure out. The wall mounting bolts are fine. The problem is the screws. There's the long screws that are supposed to hold the pieces onto the wall and there's SUPPOSED to be some smaller ones to place on the largest, heaviest item. For some reason, those were not included with the one I received.
But that's not the problem. The problem is that the screws are so weak, 3 of them broke out of the first 5 tried. We screwed the first screw of the first mounting bracket into the stud and the top 1/2 inch of the screw broke off. The replacement screw was fine. That was followed by another screw with the exact same break and one that lost its head before we were able to get a single bracket to jut from the wall.
And these screws are supposed to hold the furniture that does have a little weight to it...with my cat on it...while my cat is playing...and jumping....with myself and my family underneath.
I will gladly do this...as soon as this product includes the proper screws that are strong enough to hold these items on a wall. Because any screw that will break without any pressure at all has absolutely no business being used in a product that is to be placed on a wall and used by or near pets or children!!!!
