Delicious fruit mix
My husband loves fruit cake. I use an apple cake recipe I have and substitute this mix for the apples. It makes a wonderful cake that everyone loves, even the children. No more old-fashioned fruit cake. This is a modern version that is moist and delicious.

Extra Width is Best Feature
The extra width of the Big Shot Plus makes it worth paying a little extra for it. You can cut from a sheet of 8 1/2" paper without having to cut it down. I like that.
