Compared to what I've seen in pet supply stores this is a good value. It is very large giving two cats plenty of room to play. The assembly was easy for my wife and I we didn't need any tools, the hex key was included. When screwed together it does have some shakiness but doesn't seem to bother the cats, I am hoping the parts don't get looser over time. The top condo does seem like it should have a ladder or a shelf that they could jump from to get on top. Overall very happy with this purchase.

Good value for the price, but the APP is not working as expected.
Lock looks good, inexpensive, easy to install, and operates smoothly. I have not been able to get the Bluetooth to function properly.
