In my personal opinion the new eBay tracking system is BROKEN! When you can not go to a post office with a tracking number if something is lost, you know its broken! Here is a response I received from eBay and i will share it with you. "After reviewing this case, we decided to refund you for this purchase. We did this because we determined that the item was stolen during delivery." This was only AFTER they decided NOT to give me a refund and I told them i would go to my credit card company and dispute the charge. You see, when an entity takes FULL control of an item, THEY become a responsible party to damages. Using a service like the USPS with "special" tracking numbers (ESUS TRACKING) that we, as buyers can NOT track outside of eBay, well, lets just say this, keep your records as one day I suspect a legal inquiry will develop. If sellers continue to use this ESUS tracking, I believe they will eventually go under as buyers like myself who purchase quite a bit on eBay, will leave.
