  You pay $2.50 for ground advantage and they ship eBay standard for .60 instead. What happens? Tracking updates are basically useless and despite it shows “delivered” the package is no where to be found. I’m 4-6 hours away yet it’s still well over a week no package. If that’s the service I paid for that’s what I should be entitled to. Not the cheap one to save a few bucks and customers expense(money/time) check feedback not first time. Will remove if I get item cause that is fair in my opinion.

  Firstly, I charge $2.49 for shipping, which I enter for every single item sold, no matter the sold value, because I make sure that IF your item is over $20, you get a discount on shipping, & IF your item is under $20, it is packages with extreme care, double sealed and enveloped with standard shipping of $1.25 so your item's condition is guaranteed. Next, your item was delivered, USPS says it was and shows it as delivered. What am I to do at this point? You tell me. Call post office for you?
