  I purchased and paid for an item in July. I received multiple messages from the seller that they would ship it out, but I never received it and we re now in Sept. Poor customer service and I wouldn t trust purchasing from them. Good luck.

  Sent email to customer letting him know that this is my husbands account. He was deployed without notice and we had no idea this was still open. Lack of response was due to email and account access and account access was granted. Apologized for the situation profusely and I never heard back from him. Provided option for refund or mail product, unresponsive. Then two weeks later he filed a non-responsive claim with eBay, followed by message of "Refund me".. Terrible to deal with
