Was the right part and worked perfectly.
My Bissell Carpet Cleaner lost it's ability to suck the moisture out of the rug. The top of the waste water container, pictured above, did not properly seal to the bottom. It was warped. Replacing the whole waste water container, collection tank, solved the problem. This was also the best price I could find for the collection tank.
