sticky!!! and bad quality

There are some non-name brand products from Amazon/Ebay that are made well and are perfectly fine, even stylish. This isn't one of them. The metal rings were STICKY, there was some sticky goo on the front, the stitching is bad quality with tons of loose threads, the pictures don't indicate this anywhere but the inside is a really unattractive green fabric. It says it ships from U.S. but it ships from India... why lie about it?
