Steam mop does a great job.

The mop pad that came with the mop fits the mop perfectly but I purchased extra pads separately so I would have several on hand. Even though the ad stated that the pads were for my model mop, they did not fit. The extra pads were
11 inches but the mop head is 12 inches. BEWARE of generic mop pad replacements! Most do not fit. Please let me know where I can purchase Shark S3251 mop pad replacements that are 12 inches long.

Be sure to measure!
1 of 1 found this helpful The microfiber pads were advertised as fitting the Shark Steam Mop 3251 which I have. The
ad picture showed the exact steam mop that I have, but the pads do not fit the 3251. Be sure you measure your mop and read the ad completely. As far as the quality goes, the pads are not thick and do not look like the original pad that came with the unit. The original pad was made of a microfiber that had tufts that collected the dirt in the fiber. Because the pads did not fit the mop head correctly, the pad curled up during the back and forth of the mopping motion.
I will keep searching to find the match to the original pads because they got the job done.
