The title reflects the value of the main character.
Filmed in DeKalb County, Illinois in 2002 for 2003 distribution, this gritty narrative captures the angst of a Midwest transgender woman as she transitions to her 'normal' self. A love story with interesting plot twists and a satisfying if not happy ending.
