BRUTE
It is the GIBRALTAR of mounts, one large mammoth of aluminum.. ironically though, its weight is deceptive in that its rather light even though it appears to be beefy! But that "beefy" does apply to its sturdiness. Its really impressive. You cannot go wrong with this mount no matter your scope and system of choice you choose to mate it with ..

I mounted two pair in my theater room; one pair that flank my projector screen and the other pair hung 10 feet apart and 6.5 feet from the floor. talk about some serious sound! pair them with the RP-450C and the sound you will hear is identical to that in which in will hear a cinema theater. Just make sure you obtain a "QUALITY" DVD player

THE LOOK
Nice touch to a room to accent the asethics! when installed throughout a home great and combined with either paddle or dimmer switches which illuminate when in the off position make for perfect night lights which allow you to navigate through a dark house. if you are selling your home it separates you from the others.
