What to watch for when using this Kit

I had to shorten the rod guide bushing in order to keep the top rod chevron from extruding around the snap ring when I Installed the gland on the rod. The bushing was about 1/32 too long. I just wish I had caught it before I had 3 of the cylinders together - Stuff happens. I also felt the top chevron was too soft and purchased some different ones locally. I can't beat the price and service was great - I would buy it again now that I know what to watch for.
