  Well now I'm not so happy with this item. The ad said item has a1yr warranty and 24/7 service but I've only used the item a few times and began having problems in April with the port the charger plugs into not working and exactly 90 days after purchase the laptop doesn't work at all messaged seller several times no reply, no info on how to use warranty and no number for the 24/7 service that shows a phone icon on the sellers ad but no number so I now have a non working laptop and no help at all
