Perfect for running.
1 of 1 found this helpful It's so lightweight I don't even know I'm wearing it. Has a very long battery life and is easy to use. Green indicator makes it obvious that it's turned on, so you don't forget to shut it off (which I did all the time with my last MP3 player).
