Wasn't able to try, center piece to place phone on was broken

I didn't feel, especially after opening and finding the center piece for charging broken. It also doesn't look like the design would allow for your case to remain on the phone during the charging period. I don't feel that I will be looking to purchase another for charging, radio, and such. The first iHome Charger, AM-FM, player that I didn't like..
