  I purchased and paid immediately. The next day I got a refund stating didn't have any longer or damaged. I won with the starting bid. She said it was to be a buy it now for about $25 plus shipping and she relisted the item for that but on a bid auction again. She asked if I wanted to buy under her new terms. I paid $6 when I won it and now she wanted $30. Which was $25 plus $5 shipping. This should be unethical.
