Doo Wop 50 Volumes 1 & 2 (DVD, 2000)
These Doo Wop DVD's are great. The production by RHINO is superb. If you grew up during the 50's and 60's and like this genre of music, Doo Wop 50 and 51, Rock, Rhythm and Doo Wop and all the others produced by Rhino with the Ice Man, Jerry Butler as MC is a must have. These are performances of songs you'll never hear on commercial radio anymore and here they are preserved by the originals who performed these songs they recorded 60 years ago as they were in the year 2000, celebrating 50 years of Doo Wop. Many of these performers have since past on. I own them all and enjoy them everytime I want to get that great Doo Wop sound from long ago. It's hard to understand how this genre died in the early 60's. I perform a lot of these songs via karaoke and they're always a hit with the baby boomers. I recommend the entire series.

Best suspense writer on the market does it again with The Lake House.
Another #1 best seller by James Patterson. If you read one of James Patterson's many books you'll want to read more. Perhaps the best suspense writer I've ever read and The Lake House is among the best.
