Actually a great book with amazing info!

I've been a student of health and nutrition since I was a kid. Have done everything I can to learn and live in a way of utmost health. I was intrigued by the title -the law of hunger- hunger is such an important part of our lives and we must allow our bodies to get hungry. I thought if CD knows about this what else might she write about... I love her candor, her voice and how she goes deep but makes it easy to understand for people who might just be getting started in the direction of radical, great health. It's incredibly solid and even inspiring.

Really annoying features makes this a throw out

this product has a VERY annoying red flashing light that 'zaps' you every 3 seconds. It has 3 speeds. VERY high, high, and wave motion weirdness. I thought it was going to be like the Pro 1000 that I already had that is quiet (ish) and great cleaning action. This model has the second most annoying thing besides red flashing lights in your eyes which is a high pitched sound. Using sound to clean your teeth or some nonsense. So I wasted my money big time here and have to go back and buy something that I can verify does not have sound, does not have red flashing lights, and does not have crazy high speeds. Crazy stressful!
