Works for me
I used to get Urinary tract infections, but I started taking this every day and haven't had one since. It's been years. Firm believer.

Q-tips beat others
Tried other cheaper facial pads to clean my face and they fall apart, even though they said "premium". Q-tip brand are quality, hold together.
