Wonderful Series!!!
This series is a page turner. I am not a lover of westerns by nature, but I thoroughly enjoy this one each and every time I read it. The characters are well thought out and have much depth and definition. The plot is thick and you will want to read all three volumes. You will love following fiery Carina and cool Quillan throguh their rocky 'courtship' as well as watching the development of their little town.

Fascinating Series!!!
I have thoroughly enjoyed this series each and every time I have read it. It is a fascinating story based on a Biblical account of Jeacob and Esau, more pointedly Jacob and his , count 'em, two wives. It is a story of betrayal, greed, enduring love, anger and restoration. It will have you on the edge of your seat, in tears and cheering on Jamie, Rose and Leana. I couldn't recommend any series more highly than this one.
