Curb your Cravings to the point of Quitting
1 of 1 found this helpful If you are trying to quit and not go cold turkey I recommend this gum. I was a light smoker two to three cigarettes a day. I found it easy to use the gum for two weeks and the craving is gone. The gum and the Mg.'s depend on how much you smoke, the 2mg. gum works for light smoker so it was a smooth transition to quitting.
The price for the amount of gum is so inexpensive, cost friendly to do the same as other products is a great deal.
The taste is cool and refreshing, it really changes your oral hygiene, your breath smell is mint fresh. I chew and park the gum.
I recommend to anyone who wants to quit or just reduce cravings to the point of quitting buy this brand it saves your health and your money, and prolongs your life.

I no longer use my alarm clock on my desk
The size of the face where time is shown is large enough for us people that have a challenge seeing small print. The option to custom the time is perfect, you have three choices.
It took me a while to sync my life line phone to the watch and change the settings, the user manual was a little helpful the font size in the manual must have been a 4 so small I used a magnifying glass, but the instructions were easy to read and follow.
The alarm has the option of sounds to wake up to. The most helpful thing is you have your phone on your wrist, if you misplace it you will never miss a call or message. It's been 7 years since I wore a watch, at my age who knew a smart watch would get me to wear another one.
The price is so affordable, it fits what I like to do, listen to music in the park using wireless earbuds, and keeping time, and talking on the phone. The anti theft feature is very helpful.
I no longer use my alarm clock I use the smart watch. The standby time is 10 hours, which is fine, I only use it when I leave home, or when I have an appointment. Charging time is 1 to 2 hours.
I am happy with this watch and would recommend it for people who need a big enough watch face. I am happy.

More beautiful than the picture Amazing
1 of 1 found this helpful I first put it on, I was impressed, the way its made very strong clasp to lock. This is more beautiful in person than in the picture. The combination with metal work and material is brilliant I love the way it looks wearing it the rope part is thick and strong, for the price I was shocked because it looks like its worth more than the price I paid.
I was happy and lucky to find this on eBay I rarely buy bracelets but for me its perfect for casual and dress. Its amazing.
