Excellent entry level gypsy guitar.
1 of 1 found this helpful At this price this is a 5 star guitar. Fitted with Savarez Argentine .010 strings the action is a perfect 3mm low to 2.7mm high at the 12th fret and the intonation is good without modifying the bridge. The fret work is good with even frets and no buzzes. The machine heads tune well and after stretching in new strings it holds tune very well. The top is a solid wood board (not laminate) and thin enough to impress.
It's a much nicer colour (lighter) than most photos show it. I'm very impressed with what Richwood have been able to provide for the money.
Much more impressed than I expected to be AND it makes the right sounds.

Giant little amp. Impressive cleans for what it is. A keeper.
At night I plug the headphone out into a small mixer so I can hear pc audio and this amp via headphones.
By day it easily holds its own against a 20watt hifi in a small room...with lots of volume to spare.
The photo gives an impression of its size. I'd just been playing along with JJ Cale and Eric thingy (from a Youtube video). The settings were perfect for that except for the photo I'd turned the Rotel amp down as the next video was considerably louder.
I expected this amp to be satisfactory having read reviews...it exceeds my expectations. It gives the impression of a valve amp and (I mainly use the clean channels) with the gain turned up it responds convincingly to pick attack -soft to heavy.
40 years ago I played through a 100 watt valve amp...this little Blackstar amp is just as rewarding. More than enough volume to keep up with a comfortably loud piece of music in the usual home environment.

Quality laces that are designed for the purpose.
When I took the old laces off I took the opportunity to polish up my old boots to make em waterproof...with the new laces they're like new boots. The laces have a quality amount of give, tie well, hold their knot and slide through well so easy to pull tight evenly and easy to take off. They don't just look like laces they are definitely designed for the purpose. Couldn't ask for more.
