Beeman R7, not just for kids
The Beeman R7 in .177 is a supurb air rifle if you are into sping-piston powerplants this one is a break-barrel. The quality is like a nice .22 rimfire with the R7 possibly baving a better trigger and more consistant accuracy. This one was dead on right out of the box.
The R7 is a light weight at 6.5 lbs. It shoulders fast and is on target. Cocking effort is less than 20 lbs.
Nice traditional styled hardwood stock with a comfortable buttpad...I guess its only purpose is to soften the shock of setting it down as the rifle has hardly any felt recoil. Although this is a springer and if you are going to put a scope on it, get one rated for airguns,,,
