    Customer service was very good at answering questions. Product came as described. Missed the fine print on the import fees so that was a surprise. Also there was an option to make offer, so I did. Took close to 24 hours to get a reply. Both offers rejected without counter offer, so I gave up and paid full price because I was out of time. Wasted 2 full days, which left bad taste in an otherwise good buying experience.
