Typical Rowenta Quality
1 of 1 found this helpful Have owned several Rowenta irons and Steamers and they are the best on the market. Bought this fan because I needed a quiet bedroom fan. Tested it at BB&B and decided to purchase it. The store was out of stock so I purchased this on EBay. Fan has 4 settings. The first two are ultra quiet, but put out a small amount of air. The third setting is still quieter than almost every other fan and puts out a significant amount of air. The fourth setting is a "turbo" setting, which is very strong, makes a more noise and has a blue light that comes on. The blue light may bother some, but not me.
Overall, an excellent product.
