Incomplete machining.

Not all the bosses were drilled and tapped. Therefore all the brackets could not be mounted. Luckily I had the necessary tools to finish the job. (Drills & taps)1

Good cooker

Smoked some salmon on the new cooker and everything was excellent. The cooker cleaned up very easily.
