    This seller is absolutely amazing. There was an error with the shipping address (my fault) and they did everything they could to help! I'm so grateful. The purse is exactly as described and it looks even better in person which makes for unbelievable value. The packaging was great! It was very secure and protected the bad. The bad was in plastic, surrounded by paper and in a larger box. Thank you so much!

    Excellent seller. The product was in pristine condition, shipped as stated, and it was packaged with extra care and tenderness, even adding a sweet “Thank You” sticker to the top of the package. Unfortunately, the bag was too small for my needs so I had to return it. But she made that process so easy. Her bag was a beautiful product that was perfectly described.
