I beleave the phone could have a tougher hinging system!!!!
When useing he phones messaging you have to go though sevrel steps to reply to in incoming message and also the srping in the hing has already broke and I have only have the phone for 3 months I don't recomend this phone to anyone who realy needs a truely rugged phone for those who work in heavy duty jobs such as maintenance or contruction but thats just my experiance with my phone!!
