5 of 7 found this helpful I installed the recommended app on my iPhone and it would never connect. The instructions for the PC software say to disable your anti-virus software before installing. I skipped that all together. To get the camera to work I installed the official Microsoft camera app to my laptop and when I flipped it to the rear facing camera, it swapped to the endoscope. The LED lights were completely useless. I had to use a flashlight to make out what anything was. The little attachments are just as low quality as the rest.
