Good thermostat; bad app.

Hardware seems to be durable and well designed. Android app, not so much. Everyone seems to need customer support to help them get the app running. The app problem seems to have been in play for a long time. The failure of the manufacturer to address this turns me off to any other United Technologies Corp products, for future purchases. For want of a nail, the shoe was lost...
