Not easy to Use

The buttons are not easy to use. You cannot tell the if you have turned on “high” or “Low”. Since I use a heating pad for severe pain and I rely on this throughout the night. I need a heating pad that I can feel with my hands whether it is on, and what temp. This heating pad is also clumsy. I would not buy again nor would I recommend.
