Excellent experience with this seller! They were very accommodating and friendly. Despite a minor USPS delay, the seller was quick to address the issue and offered great assistance. I received the package in good condition. Definitely deserving of 5 stars!

Good buyer, prompt payment, valued customer, highly recommended.
Video quality is A++ but the wifi features are very misleading and I'll explain why.
Most older Camcorders either allowed you to control zoom and recording via an infrared remote or a LANC controller.
The canon vixia series with wifi: h50, h60, etc have wifi control features but it is really almost useless because:
1. You can only use it via their remote app
2. The remote app is a HASSLE to setup for many reasons: you need a router that has UPnP capabilities (most do) but that is not always the norm.
3 Connecting to the camera directly via wifi does not always work with the app: this is mainly due to the camera nto having a real DHCP server onboad - my Android phone 5.0 does not get an IP address because of this issue, but my PC does.
4. You can only record to the phone or on the camcorder while wifi is engaged. The HDMI out to a capture device or monitor will be disabled
5. The zoom control response time from the app is really bad because the server on the camera is serving out video via HLS and when you send a command via wifi for it to zoom it joins the queue for all the video requests that came before it, so the change is not immediate
Should you not need the HDMI out while controlling via wifi then this camera is a good bargain, but if you expect to control the camera while its connected via HDMI to a capture card or something else don't bother as it wont work.
Do I recommend this camera, no save your money and get the H500 or H600.
