As long as it performs as expected then there is no issues.

package was damaged but everything appears in tact. I still have to make it perform in a modern setup that doesn't normally have this device.

Easy to Install

This product works well for intended purpose which is to block all signals above TV Band (700Mhz). Without this filter you will lose weaker tv signals that would get overpowered by your local wifi and cell phone signals.
