Need to specify damaged
1 of 2 found this helpful Even though they were packed pretty well in bubble wrap and styrofoam peanuts, 3 of the 4 machines had chipped glass on the touchscreen and one had a cracked bezel and the case was partially off. Also, even though the power cords shipped with them were new, they weren't your standard pc power cord and they didn't work with these systems, so I wasted time figuring that out thinking I had DOA systems initially. I usually don't take the time to rate people, but these guys shouldn't call themselves refurbishers. These systems were just formatted and thrown in a box. They got two stars because they all did turn on and work after I swapped the power cords out.
