Love making cornbread in it just mix it spray Pam and pour in and let it cook, great for omelet's and single baked pies and little cheesy sandwhichs
Love making different desserts, take half a cake mix pour into the Xpress then add snack size candy like snickers, or 3 Musketeers or chips blueberries or strawberries, pineapples, makes single pies blueberry, apple, strawberry and pumpkin, sweet potato, the list goes on and on. easy to clean with a wet paper towel when your through cooking and it's ready for the next meal.
