For a good laugh get it. For training buy an army field/survival manual.
I gave this book for stars, but not for how it prepares you. (Maybe that is kind of a "Dah" for me after looking at the cover again.) It is more of entertainment book on the topic. The back stories will make you laugh out loud. The books does not get into the details of being ready when the sh*t goes down, but rather skates over the top of many points that you can choose to do more reading/research on later. If your looking for a good laugh get it. If your aim is being ready when the sh*t goes down buy surplus army field/survival manual.
