  I ordered computer earlier this month. Before it arrived I noticed I ordered wrong one, I ordered computer with i7 7th generation I wanted at least 9th generation i7. Emailed tech leaf. Kailey Carter called me back from tech leaf, she was great they mailed right computer out after, I payed small upgrade fee.   This is my second purchase from this seller, and, if it’s possible, I’ll never order from anyone but Tech Leaf. Items come well-packed, but not without excess or unneeded packaging, and the items are as described. My only complaint is FedEx as a shipping method. If my neighbors weren’t honest, I’d have never seen this package EVER. And the actual tracking was a nightmare (delivery date kept being changed at the very last minute, and updates were useless), but Tech Leaf is A+.

  Great seller. I accidentally ordered with the wrong shipping address and had to cancel and buy again with the correct address. Seller was fast to cancel and asked no questions. Shipping was very fast and once the machine arrived i was impress with how new it looks. For a 10 year old machine it is in great shape. The inside of the machine was spotless and overall was exactly as the seller described. I did not check the box for accessories but got a WiFi dongle and power cord anyway. 10/10 seller.
