Pretty Good
2 of 2 found this helpful I use this during allergy season, right before bed. It helps with congestion, drippy nose, and makes me sleepy. I personally CANNOT use it during the day because it knocks me out. It also seems to help with mild itchiness when the wind kicks up and stirs the pollen around.

Arrives UNINFLATED.
2 of 2 found this helpful Dogs won't be enjoying it anytime soon - at least until I can find a non-standard tip to fit & pump it up. Also very thin cheap fabric - not at all like a regular tennis ball.

Flimsy Plastic
The plastic bends with the weight of your drink.
It might be fine for 4-6oz, but NOT for BIG DRINKS like a 22oz hot coffee or a Big Gulp.
