Great product
I use this with a dell inspiron 15.6 laptop and it's literally a perfect fit. I wanted to see how well this product actually worked so I downloaded a temperature program (real temp) and used my laptop for homework + Google and it temped out at about 47°C. I turned the fans on and it dropped to 37°C. I am plugging the cooling pad's usb into a cell phone charger and running the fans on external power, not the laptops power. This I think is key because it reduces the load on my computer between 5-15%. Also another key factor is the flip up bar thingy on this model that changes the computers angle. It allows the fans to have airflow, which is very important for the fans ability to function. Highly recommended for the money

Good book for the money; It will leave you more knowledgeable to make gains
For its date (1999), it still holds a lot of valuble information about how to eat right and supplement to get all of the nutrition you need for both pre and post workout. It also shows some stretching techniques and tells about the benefits of massage. My exact rating would be a 4.8, if the .2 matters to anyone haha. It does promote the R4 system, but I didn't find it annoying. The R4 system just seems to compliment the natural needs we have while we exercise.
