Is a gift greatly needed and very helpful to the soul and spirit.
I have to give this book 5 stars because it was a gift and the person told me they really like this book. When they first opened it up, they read it for one hour non-stop. To me, that is a great endorsement!

Calming
This is a nice dvd with the music and the whale sounds. I remember hearing whales about 20+ years ago on television and it was wondrous. I had some family stress one day and was hurt and upset, etc. and I decided to put this dvd in and see if it would help me to calm down. It did and it took some of the stress away, allowing me to regroup my thoughts.
