This is a sticker, not a decale
Well, this is a peel-off sticker, not a decal like you find in models. You need to trim edges to fit your hub. Even though I soaked in water for 10 minutes thinking it was a decal I realized it was not and was a sticker. Believe it or not still had a lot of sticky stuff left.
So I would say trim to your size first then peal and stick.
Looks beautiful and fits my hubs, the outline of FORD was on my hub and able to match it up with that lettering.

Has all the parts you need
The bushings wore out causing the shaft to lean that lead to the grinding of gears. This comes with spacers and upper and lower bushings to repair. I would recommend you dissemble first to be sure you do not need a new shaft.

Expect to wait for mail
Mailed from China. Message said two days, more like two weeks, allow time for it to arrive. The 12 volt is heavy duty and good design. Only one fuse on positive wire. Plug in fuse. Good gauge wire.
