Price is good Product is sketchy

While the replacement headset arrived clean and it appeared that all the pieces were intact, the overall performance of the device lacked in expected performance. While viewing there were intermittent black lines jumping across the screen, and on start up, there was a loud buzzing/ringing sound that increased in volume. It subsided after restarting. It may not be the devices fault, but lag time is near unbearable
