Good webcam, awkward firmware update
2 of 2 found this helpful The stream edition needs a different firmware updater to the standard brio, not found easily on the logitech support site.
A bit of googling should get you to to a logitech ftp server (which i cant link to in a review) where you can grab the latest firmware updater for the stream edition.
