They are 1 mg strength. You need to be able to decrease in strength to quit nicotine. Most stores go down to 2 mg and these are only 1 mg. There needs to be a .5 mg also. This product provides a lower amount of nicotine and comes in a new box with sleeves of 12 in each sleeve. I have been happy with the product, however, I feel like they cost more than they should.
